2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

*Tag any tired mums and dads you know who might benefit from following Back2Sleep on social media.

*You may tag as many relevant parents as you like.

*Each tagged parent entitles you to 1 raffle ticket, so the more you tag, the higher your chances of winning.

8. Back2Sleep reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice at any point. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Back2Sleep.

9. Back2Sleep is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

10. This competition’s winners are entitled to one of two prizes as follows:

The first name drawn will receive a 1-2-1 guidance with Dotty. 

The second name drawn will receive the Back to Sleep Online Course. 

Winners will be able to book their prizes free of charge within 6 months of winning the competition, just email [email protected] when ready to claim your prize.

11. A winner will be chosen on 14/08/2023 and will be announced via live post on Instagram after the raffle takes place.

12. The winner will also be notified by private message. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

13. Back2Sleep’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
