Is this course for me?

My online course provides the knowledge and tools you need to establish new, healthy sleep habits.

I’ll teach you the 4-step Back to Sleep method, helping you to see sleep through your little one’s eyes and achieve restful nights of 10-12 hours.

We’ll cover all the main sleep-related issues, giving you the confidence to overcome your own specific sleep challenges, gradually reducing your little one’s reliance on you at bedtime and throughout the night until they become fully sleep independent.

While this course has everything you need to succeed, you’ll also gain access to my private Facebook group, where you can ask me questions any time.

If you feel you need more support and don’t want to go on this journey alone, my 1-2-1 guidance may be a better option for you, as I’ll be by your side every step of the way.

FAQs

Timings vary depending on you and your Little One, but in most cases, being consistent with the program you should already see an improvement on your second or third night.

Yes. Crying is your baby’s way of communicating and is the most common response to changing familiar routines. The most important thing is that your baby will never be left alone while crying! You can follow your instincts, attending to them with physical contact, giving as much love and support as they need in order to instil a sense of security so they learn they are never alone. This in turn will give them the sense of safety they need to become an independent sleeper.

No. Your little one changes so much in the first few years and so will your life. The Back to Sleep method will help you organise sleep around your lifestyle and your little one’s sleep needs without following strict schedules or stopping you from getting out and about.

Yes. The Back to Sleep method gives parents as much freedom as they wish to fit their parenting style. If you feel your little one needs a feed at night, then you are welcome to do so. This will not interfere with the process! You will learn how to wean them off night feeds and can use this information when you and your little one are ready.

This is not a problem and will not interfere with their nights. Your Little One may be taken care of by family members, nursery or a childminder during day time. Each will have their own routine for naps and, as long as your little one sleeps enough during the day, you can focus on addressing their routine in the evening. If day carers don’t have a fixed routine, I will help you plan for one.

Yes. As long as you are consistent with the program. The only difference is that your little one will most likely stay dependent on your presence for sleep, but if it’s important for you to keep them near, or you don’t have a spare room to move them into, you can still improve sleep in no time. At some point you may feel your presence is affecting your little one’s sleep, in which case you will be armed with the knowledge to move them into their own room.

Absolutely! Many families experience sleep issues with more than one child at a time, which can cause an even bigger disruption. I can help make a plan to suit your family needs while timing it just right for best and quickest results.
